The Gentlemen of Jazz
This sterling group of musicians form one of the best bands on the West Coast. Whether you are dancing or just sitting back and enjoying their great sound, you will be treated to superb musicianship and quality entertainment. Dancers love the band because of its wide variety of tempos and styles. The "Gentlemen" play swing jazz of the forties and fifties, bossa novas, and other latin rhythms. Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Woody Herman, Benny Goodman, Glen Miller, Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Artie Shaw, Louie "Satchmo" Armstrong and Billie Holiday, are just a few of the many artists and composers this group has in its song book.

The Gentlemen of Jazz were featured at the Silverado Country Club and resort for a two year engagement and provide the music for the Chrysler/David L. Wolper annual Tournament of Stars that benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Napa Valley. They have been in great demand at every major winery in the Napa and Sonoma Valleys and each year provide the music for many wedding receptions because their music is appreciated by all age groups. The members of The Gentlemen of Jazz have performed and recorded with the very best in the music industry i.e.; Duke Ellington, Johnny Mathis, Henry Mancini, Earl "Fatha" Hines, Joe Williams, Stevie Wonder, and Engelbert Humperdink, to name a few.
